Thank you for shopping at Clatyl. To keep our prices competitive and our inventory fresh, we operate under a strict No Returns policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before hitting the "Purchase" button. Once an order is placed and processed:

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

  • We do not offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or styles.

2. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if an item arrives damaged or if we sent you the wrong product by mistake.

If this happens, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at cuteclatyl@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Include your Order Number, complete unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged item or the incorrect product received.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
