1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are 100% free sitewide on orders above Rs. 399/- across India, and vary for international shipping.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CLatyl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Issues
CLatyl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
